BED
X and Z axis transmitting system:
x axis and z axis all use servomotors and transmit to the ball crew though precision coupling to minimize backlash and make for excellent positioning accuracy.
Chip Removal:

- Focuses on the machining features of large work pieces and duty, the bed uses the 30and 60 degree corner design being able to bear heavy cutting loading as well as keeping the axis straight.
- User Meehanite GB30, which is electric-melted, annealing treated, completely stress relieved and is one piece constructed to ensure the best stability. Bed is of special hardened ribbed construction, each ribbed flat is made by apertures and interlace making a strong cage construction. Suitable for the use in long beds, eliminating distortions in casting and reducing the vibration during cutting.
- The bed has gone through CNC precise machining, bed way through annealing treatment and proper stress relief. After induction heating treatment and precisely ground to HRC72-75, laser inspected is performed to maintain linearity.

- Rear splash guard with front chip guard and chuck guard prevent chips and coolant spreading making larger work piece loading and unloading very convenient.
- Standard design of the chip removal device is front and rear chip auger with side chip conveyor. This is convenient for collecting chips that drop around the machine.
- It is optional to use front and rear chip conveyors equipped with wide steps. The operator can stand on the stairs to load work pieces and operate the control. This increases security during operation. The wires are hidden which prevents damage from the coolant or chips effectively and prolongs the durability of the machine.
